Stephen Crystal

Stephen A. Crystal is a 25-year veteran of the gaming industry, Crystal previously served as president and CEO of multiple casino holding and public gaming technology companies and worked as an investor and advisor on gaming project finance and merger acquisitions totaling more than $4 billion. He has served as a licensed president, owner and operator of four casinos in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. Dave Antony

Dave Antony has over 30 year’ experience in assisting companies in structuring transactions, accessing capital, and corporate governance. He has been a director or officer of numerous public and private companies in industries including eSports, Daily Fantasy Sports, Regulated Gaming, Loyalty/Media Marketing and Natural Resources. Dave has been an integral part of companies that have raised in excess of $750M by way of equity, secured debt and convertible debt.

DAVE HANLON

Mr. Hanlon has been a leader in the casino and entertainment industry for over 30 years. His professional experience began with the investment banking firm Smith Barney, later he coordinated financing for billion-dollar energy projects for the Fluor Corporation. He joined the gaming industry as CFO for Caesars later as EVP of all East Coast operations. As President of Harrah’s Atlantic City he was in charge of Harrah’s Marina and Harrah’s @ Trump Plaza. He then joined Merv Griffin’s Resorts International as CEO responsible for all operations in Atlantic City and the Bahamas. Currently he is engaged in consulting and development for a variety of major casino, hotel, resort, and entertainment projects.

Pierre Cadena

In the past six years, Pierre has helped position for sale several digital media and gaming companies each valued at more than $1 billion—first with Playtika in 2016, then with Otter Media in 2018, and finally with Crunchyroll in 2021. Pierre is a strategist, deal maker, and operator with nearly two decades of investment banking, gaming, media, and film and television experience. He was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Crunchyroll, the world’s largest streaming video company for anime — previously owned by WarnerMedia and now by Sony Pictures Entertainment.
